CreaCity Event Calendar - Manual

General
The maintenance of the CreaCity Event Calendar is simply done by using your internet browser. All changes are visible immediately.

Add an Event
Login to the administration area e.g. http://www.yourcompany.com/ec_admin/calendaradmin.php (you will get your individual URL after installation). Choose the calendar you want to change (there can be several calendars on your web site) and click 'Availability'. Select the range of days and click Booked'. Choose the event date and add your note. For many day events simply confirm the text for the other days again. Choose 'Select colour' to set individual colours for your event.

 

Delete an Event
Same as described above and overwrite the old date with a new without text.

 

Colours of the calendar
Settings' allows to change colours and the size of the calendar.
