CreaCity Availability Calendar - Manual

General
The maintenance of the CreaCity Availability Calendar is simply done by using your internet browser. All changes are visible immediately.

Setting dates 'booked/unavailable'
Login to the administration area e.g. http://www.yourcompany.com/ac_admin/calendaradmin.php (you will get your individual URL after installation). Choose the calendar you want to change (there can be several calendars on your web site) and click 'Availability'. Select the range of days and click Booked'.

 

Setting dates to 'available'
Same as described above using the button 'Available'.

 

Change Colours
'Settings' allows to change colours and the size of the calendar.
